Our Story

Happy Healthy Whole Living began in 2019, with the mission of ‘cultivating wellness through connection and nature.’

Founder Michelle, believes (and knows first hand) that as a parent, personal health and wellness is closely tied to the health and wellness of one’s family as a whole. Michelle is passionate about using her expertise and experience to support you to be your best self on life’s journey.


As a Wellness Coach, Michelle uses a framework underpinned by positive psychology and behaviour change models to work with you to create a vision and set achievable goals to make the changes you want in your life in order to improve your health and wellness.  

Happy Healthy Whole Living also believes in the combined power of social connection and the healing benefits of nature. Through our Family Bushwalking Club and Walking Groups we offer a way in which you can connect with others (including your own family members) and get a healthy dose of nature, whilst walking — which means you get the added bonus of physical activity too!
